Service and warranty


Conditions

Defective products may be returned to DEONET without request. However, to ensure a good and prompt service we can only consider your request if the following conditions are met: 

  • The goods must be properly packaged
  • A copy of the invoice must be included in the package
  • Every item must have a clear description of the problem
  • Include your contact details (adress, phone number, contact person etc.)
    in the description of the problem
  • Only stamped shipments will be processed

Your invoice number will be your RMA number. In case we cannot discover the described problem, we reserve the right to charge €35.- research costs and shipping charges.

Below you can find the warranty terms per product group (warranty does not cover any physical damaged products).
